They Were Fantastic!
Called this company after another company did a diagnostic on our AC unit. After the first company couldn't answer many of my questions that I asked and was going to charge us $1,100 for a new part that we supposedly needed, I decided to call All Phase and have them come out to do a second opinion. They were fantastic! They came out and checked everything and determined that I didn't need the new part that I was told I needed by the other company and they simply changed a couple of wires around to change the direction of the fan on the condenser. They also added some refrigerant and said I was good to go. They saved me at least $1,000 and were honest individuals. If you want to go to anyone and trust anyone with your AC, I would definitely recommend All Phase.
