All-Phase Heating and Cooling is a wonderful company. They are not only respectful of us and our time but also respectful of our home, all of which are very important to us. Their technicians are on time and we receive both an email and a telephone call before they arrive. As soon as they are met at the door, they always put on shoe coverings before walking inside. From sales, installation, front office, and scheduled maintenance, every employee we have been in contact with has been very friendly, helpful, and caring. They truly put their customers first. I'm glad we called them when our old HVAC system started to fail. Our high energy bill each month was eliminated. After 11 months since our new systems were installed, we have a $248.00 credit with Duke Energy! That's even with some of the coldest temperatures I've seen in NC in a very long time. If you are looking for an HVAC company for maintaining your systems or in the market for new ones, give All-Phase Heating and Cooling a call. We are sure glad we did!
