I have used All-Phase for my own home, a rental property, and a commercial property. In all of those interactions everything was handled promptly, efficiently, and effectively. In several encounters our needs were completely met and the costs were reasonable. It's uncommon to find this combination in todays world and I'm thankful to have All-Phase as a continuing resource.
All phase did an amazing job with our project. We replaced four different units and duct work. Every one was very professional and very responsive. Very easy to communicate and work with. Will continue to use them and recommend them to anyone who is in need of HVAC work.
These guys were fantastic to work with! Incredible response time, recommended multiple options for heating unit repair at various price points, all of the techs were super friendly, and they provided excellent communication throughout the entire repair process. They even went out of their way to provide space heaters for my home while we waited for the new unit to arrive!
Matthew came out yesterday to check our AC before we needed it. This was the second visit since the company was bought from Steve. They were professional and arrived on time. Matthew was well trained to do the work and made a suggestion which we will consider for the heater. I am very happy with the new owners.

All-Phase Heating and Cooling is a wonderful company. They are not only respectful of us and our time but also respectful of our home. All of which are very important to us. Their technicians are on-time and we receive both an email and a telephone call before they arrive. As soon as they are met at the door, they always put on shoe coverings before walking inside. From sales, installation, front office and scheduled maintenance, every employee we have been in contact with has been very friendly, helpful and caring. They truly put their customers first. I'm glad we called them when our old HVAC system started to fail. Our high energy bill each month was eliminated. After 11 months since our new systems were installed we have a $248.00 credit with Duke Energy! That's even with some of the coldest temperatures I've seen in NC in a very long time. If you are looking for an HVAC company for maintaining your systems or in the market for new ones, give All-Phase Heating and Cooling a call. We are sure glad we did!
