All-Phase Heating & Cooling came out today for the spring maintenance on our HVAC system. The technician, Derek, arrived promptly at our appointed time and was very respectful, professional and friendly. It was obvious he knew what he was doing and he explained everything that he checked on our system. Our unit checked out fine and required no additional maintenance at this time. He suggested a couple of items to enhance our system and we will most likely do those things in the near future. He didn't try to persuade us to do them now and wasn't "pushy", which we greatly appreciate. I highly recommend this company and be sure to ask for Derek! I have been a customer of All Phase for several years and I am very pleased with them. They are thorough when they come for a service call. They explain any issues and give you options of how to go about correcting it. Their employees are very professional and knowledgeable. The staff in the office is also very friendly and helpful.
One of the best things about using All-Phase Heating and Cooling is that they are very responsive. I am signed up with their service program, so I know my HVAC is working at optimal capacity, and if I needed any service they would be at my home quickly.
