All-Phase always does a good and professional job, especially Terry, who is polite and proficient.
We've been using All-Phase Heating & Cooling for many years, because they are the best! Our house is old, and we've had problems with both our heating and cooling systems, but never any problems that they couldn't fix promptly. They are very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and efficient. Their rates are excellent, as well.

Why do things always go wrong on weekends? We lost cold air last weekend with extreme heat. Called All-Phase and left a message with their service. Steve (owner) called me back promptly asking about our issues. He confirmed that their on call technician would be over as soon as he could get the truck and travel to us from Greensboro. Hector texted us to say he was in transit. What a nice, young man! He was able to determine the problem and fix our issue. Wow, what a relief to have cool air again with 3 dogs on a very hot weekend! Love All-Phase group. In fact, they installed our new HVAC almost 8 years ago.
