Derek did a great job! The unit I have is not a widely used brand so it took some time to get my thermostat going. He was not a parts swapper, which sold me on him! He was thorough and explained everything to me, even some of the things he was not sure of, and explained that he was going to need to call the manufacturer. First time using your company, very pleased and pricing was very reasonable.
