We have been using All Phase Hearing and Air for many years now. They are a very good and reliable company. Their employees have been professional people when visiting our home. Being on any of their maintenance plans, secures us getting the prompt service, when we need it. They also go over procedures and prices before work is done, so we know what our overall cost will be. No Surprises when the bill arrives.
We needed more HVAC help and they went above and beyond again! This is the first place in a long time that has truly made us feel like the customer comes first! Great feeling knowing we're not just a number or a paycheck. They went way out of there way to take care of us and we'll be forever grateful.
I was called and advised by the technician that he was in route and arrive at a time. He/They we're right on time. When they completed the repair, we were advised as to what the cause was, they were knowledgeable and very professional making the repair and the process that used to correct and make the repairs. We are very pleased with the entire people we encountered and spoke with over the phone! Every one we spoke with were very professional and we were called after the repairs were made verifying that the issue had been corrected and if we were satisfied with the work!
All-Phase installed new heating and cooling systems at my house a few years ago and just recently did some maintenance work which required replacing cooling coils that were still under warranty. Steve Strange, the owner, has always provided very capable staff and has always addressed any concerns I have had. I recommend All-Phase highly.
