Wonderful service! Informed them of the issue and that we ran a cat sanctuary and it was freezing they had someone out within an hour! Would recommend to anyone.

I've been a prior customer to ALL-PHASE and they were very good then, but they really
really ring the bell for me now. My 20+ year old unit was ... ok, but the new service person pointed out why it was noisy ... and dirty (very dirty!) and asked if he could send me quiet, modern alternative models to "look at" that would be less costly to operate.
He did and I was impressed so much that I had All-Phase install a new model. Now, I never hear the unit come on in the middle of the night because I'm sleeping!
